DISC DOUGH FOR EMPANADAS

Preparation

Instructions: Take the package out of the refrigerator and wait until the dough reaches room temperature in order to handle it easily. Make the “empanadas” pressing or pinching the edge. Heat the oil to 180°C /360°F and fry the “empanadas” for approximately 5 min. Until the dough looks browned. Take out of the frying pan with a skimming ladle and put them on absorbent paper. Serve warm
