DISC DOUGH FOR EMPANADAS

An “empanada” is an individual pie, filled with meat, vegetables, ham and cheese or other options you prefer. This is a traditional dish of the Spanish - speaking countries cuisine.

It can be cooked in the oven or deep fried in oil.

There are two different types of dough for oven baking: Puff pastry & Criollas (home·made)
